RFU Regulation 8 – Agents Changes to regulations come into force now

The new Regulations for agents i.e. regulations 8 are now in force. The major change is focused around mandatory fines for non compliance when it comes to.

  •  Non-attendance to agents seminar
  •  Failure to comply with Regulation 8.6.1 by using non-compliant Agent/Player contract
  •  Failure to comply with Regulation 8.4.4 by not signing Player’s Club Agreement or Agent Declaration Form

Also included into the regulations are the key mandatory provisions to be included in all agent agreements with players.
